How to take your measurements

***Chest:
Wrap tape measure under the armpits, around the fullest part of the chest.

***Waist:
Wrap tape measure around where you normally wear your pants.

***Hips:
Stand with legs about 6 inches apart and measure around the fullest part of the hips (usually about 7-10 inches below the waist).

***Shoulder Width:
Stretching the measuring tape across the back, from the very end of the left shoulder to the end of the right shoulder.

***Armscye:
Wrapping the tape measure from the top of the shoulder, down beneath the armpit and back up to the top of the shoulder.

*** Bicep Girth/Upper Arm:
Measure around the widest part of your bicep/upper arm, so that the tape meets on the outer part of the bicep.
Wrapping the tape measure from the top of the shoulder, down beneath the armpit and back up to the top of the shoulder.

***Your height and your weight:
Please remember to tell me your height and your weight so that we could figure out whether detailed modification would be needed.
